✓Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out is early at 11 a.m., for security reasons, because the time to carry out the disinfection and cleaning tasks of our facilities will be longer than usual.
✓The keys, previously disinfected, will be delivered in a sealed bag, and will remain with the client throughout the stay, until it ends and they are disinfected again.
✓We have at your disposal consultation of tourist information in the area by means of a QR code or sending it to your mobile if you wish.
✓ We have arranged a hygiene point at the entrance of the house with hydroalcoholic gel for hand disinfection, available to our clients.
✓ Likewise, they will find information on proper hand washing, and emergency phone numbers and the nearest health center and hospitals, in case there is a possible contagion or emergency situation.
✓ The decoration of our apartments has been minimized, in order to facilitate the disinfection of the entire room.
✓We have included among the welcome toiletries, hydroalcoholic gel.

✓ We follow a meticulous process of disinfection and cleaning of the facilities with dry steam machines and virucidal products for surfaces and textiles, approved by the health authorities.
✓To make use of the barbecue, you must reserve the day and time (lunch or dinner), and thus avoid contact with customers who are not from your family unit.
✓ We advise you to maintain a minimum distance of 2 meters with people outside your family in the common areas, that is, entrance of the house, garden and parking.
