CANCELLATION POLICY:
The deposit will be refunded if you notify us at least 14 days before your arrival date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Check-out: Until 11:00 AM
At the end of your stay, the house must be left clean and in good condition. To confirm your reservation, we require a 30% deposit of the total stay, payable by bank transfer or credit card. The remaining balance will be due in cash or by credit card on the day of departure. Bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed.
MINIMUM STAY:
August: 7 nights minimum.
Second half of July, Easter, Christmas: 4 nights minimum.
New Year’s Eve: 5 nights minimum.
Full long weekends.
Rest of the year: 2 nights minimum.
