Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park<\/h3>\n

Established in 1918 as a National Park and declared a World Heritage Site <\/strong> in 1997 by UNESCO it has a wide variety of flora and fauna and unique geological landscape.<\/p>\n

  • THE SIERRA AND CANYONS OF GUARA:The foothills and the north of the region of the Hoya de Huesca and Somontano are notable for their peculiar geology of karst origin, full of caves, caverns and spectacular canyons perfect for practicing canyoning and vertical rock faces and the Mallos for lovers of climbing.<\/li>\n
  • POSETS-MALADETA:Extending over the heads of the three eastern valleys of the Aragonese Pyrenees (Barrab\u00e9s, Benasque and Chistau), flanked by the majority of the most important “three thousand” (peaks of over 3000m) in the Pyrenees: Aneto, Maladeta, Posets, Perdiguero, Bachimala, surrounded by hundreds of mountain lakes and most of the Pyrenean glaciers designated Natural Monuments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
